Water in Fuel (WIF) Sensor for the GM Duramax Diesel engines from 2001-Up.
Features
  • The Water in Fuel Sensor (WIF) screws into the bottom of the factory style fuel filters and plugs into the wiring harness. Its function is to relay the message to the dash if you get too much water in your fuel. This is the new design for 2012 but is backwards compatible to all years Duramax Diesel.

    Most people buy a Wif wrench for removing and tightening these without damaging them. They are known to go bad at times but are easy to replace. They will last much longer when using a WIF Sensor wrench for tightening and loosening.
