  • The Fass new Extreme Water Separator filter is the new factory replacement W/S filter for the Fass Titanium Signature Series Lift Pumps. The Fass W/S filter is a 2 micron (absolute) filter which has no water drain. The reason there is not a water drain is the new Micro Glass media traps and holds the water itself. The micro glass media is up to 400% more effective than a cellulose media filter. For the best protection this filter should be replaced every 15-20k miles or 1 year which ever comes first. When changing filters change both at the same time
    **The new XWS-3002-XL filter from Fass can not be used in conjunction or combination with the old FF-3003 & FF-3010 fuel filters or the FS1001 & FS-1020. They can only be used with the new PF-3001 or PF-3001-XL Particulate Full Flow fuel filter.
