  • This part is the oem Allison filter found in the 2001-2005 5 Speed Transmission. If you have a GMC/Chevy 2500/3500 equipped with the Allison 1000 transmission with the factory pan on the trans this is OEM direct replacement for your application and will only work on years from 2001-2005. This filter will work on the 2006-Up 6 speed Allison 1000 however the newer design of internal filter for a 6 speed will not work on a 2001-2005 5 speed.

    **Will not work on a Kodiak or Top Kick with the Allison 1000 Transmission. That application came with a deep pan not found from the factory on pickup truck models. The deep pan can be bought and installed on a pickup truck.
