This is a replacement filter kit using Genuine Allison parts for your 2001-2005 GM HD pickup truck equipped with the Allison 1000 transmission. The kit includes 1 internal filter Part # 29537965 for a 2001-2005 5 speed Allison 1000 transmission and 1 external spin-on filter part #29539579
**Note The Spin-on filter could come in either Black or Red depending on what we get from Allison but rest assured they are both Genuine Allison Filters.
