Q: Why must I set up an account?
A: We highly suggest you set up an account so you can track your order, shipments and make any returns easily.
Q: Do you really need more than one address?
A: We only need an additional address from you if your billing and shipping addresses are different. In order to protect against credit card fraud, your billing address must match the address on the credit card. If you would like us to ship to a different address, simply provide another ship to address.
Q: Why do you need the security code on the back of my card?
A: This allows us to verify you have the card in your possession at the time of purchase and to protect against fraudulent charges.
When purchasing items from MadJack Diesel Performance, please understand that these are performance products and are "use at your own risk". It may be necessary to remove the unit before taking your vehicle to the dealer for service as it may interfere with diagnostic equipment.

Buyer accepts full responsibility for the proper use and service of all products and waives all liability claims against MadJack Diesel Performance. Most shipments arrive within a week, depending on your location. If you would like to track your order, please log in to your account for any available tracking numbers or check your email for updates.
We use UPS and the US Postal Service to ship our products. We try to process all orders the same business day, with the exception of holidays and weekends, but processing times can vary due to products & circumstances, so please allow 24-48 hours for processing, or longer for special order items. We reserve the right to alternate between carriers at our discretion based on products ordered. Cut off time for next day delivery is 2:00 p.m. PST, however this may vary depending on availability and any processing delays. Some items are packaged in USPS flat rate boxes and will be delivered by the Post Office. Some shipments may require truck freight due to weight and appropriate charges will apply.
Many of our items will be shipped "adult signature required" due to the cost of parts and the loss rate. A signature will be required at your delivery address unless you release us from liability and authorize delivery without signature. If a shipment is refused, has a bad shipping address supplied by you or non-deliverable and is returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-delivery charges and or restocking fees. We are not responsible for addresses deemed un-deliverable or redirected for pick-up at an alternate location by the carrier. If we receive an address correction fee from UPS, that charge can be as much as 14.00 and we will charge you that fee automatically.
UPS maintains the option to REQUIRE a signature at the time of delivery, regardless of the recipients' request to leave the packages at the door. We make every effort to ship as requested but, the carrier reserves the right (as the responsible party) to make any changes based on the value of the shipment or other liability considerations such as apartment/condo complex where the package is not secure to that addressee only. Other liability considerations would be yards fenced in with dogs that may be deemed by the UPS driver that they will damage the package if left.
Occasionally, the shipping calculator on our site does not accurately compute the freight charges especially when it comes to Overnight & 2nd day air service. One of the big factors in mis-calculated shipping charges is dimensional weight. UPS will charge dimensional weight where a package isn't heavy enough for its size deemed by UPS. We have no control over this and if we receive dimensional weight charges we will pass those along to you by charging the increased fee put on us by UPS. In those instances where the initial charge for freight is not sufficient to cover our shipping costs, we will contact you to collect the difference in costs or arrange a different shipping method.
