AirDog® II-5G now uses an industry first integrated diaphragm regulator allowing you better fuel pressure adjustability with better fuel flow and can be boost compensated. This system has larger porting which allows for less cavitation and noise at the inlet of the higher flowing pumps (220gph). This system is designed to operate at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the engine. It receives fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminants and unknown quantities of water.
The new 5G systems also has an improved wiring harness using 12ga wire from the battery all the way to the motor. It also comes with improved wring connections. Air Dog is now using the Metri-Pack connector replacing the Deutch 2 pin connector allowing more current flow but not increasing heat from that current.
